All hell has broken loose: in the past week these three things have happened in my world:

1. An IT coworker who was laid off from work put a bullet thru his brain.

2. Another coworker needed his car towed and the tow-truck driver was later arrested and charged as a serial killer in the deaths of four young women.

3. My former music teacher and landlord had his picture taken with Catherine Zeta Jones at the opening of the Disney Concert Hall in downtown L.A. (that bastard!!)

And Halloween is not here yet!!
